PsychMetal Demos · Keith Schneider
Effective October 9, 2026

PsychMetal Demos is an educational app for exploring visual patterns and motion. It does not require an account and has no advertising or tracking.

What stays on your device

Touch positions are used to move the visual patterns. Optional diagnostics temporarily hold presentation times and touch-event counts in memory. Diagnostics do not capture images. The app does not send this information to the developer or a server.

The most recent timing report can remain in memory until the app closes or another report replaces it. No diagnostic files are saved by the public app. The app and its runtime may keep ordinary local cache or preference files.

Data collection

The developer does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or location through this app. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.

Support and external services

If you choose to email the developer or post on the project’s GitHub page, the information you provide is handled by that service and used to respond to your request. Do not put private information in public GitHub issues. Apple may process App Store, TestFlight, or crash-diagnostic information under your Apple settings and Apple’s own policies.
